Jay Barkey

Connect Ohio recognized Adams County Public Library's Assistant Director Jay Barkey with a broadband hero award at the organization's third quarter 2010 Technical Association Meeting.

Barkey was a contributor to the Every Citizen Online pilot program in Adams County. The Adams County Public Library provided instruction to a diverse group of residents in need of assistance utilizing the Internet to its fullest potential.
